City Tours

  
Durham City HC are a very social club to start with and when we tour we always fly the flag for the club. Over the years the club has travelled to Peterborough, Southampton, Chester, Leicester and Edinburgh to name but a few.

Every year the club will be touring to:

  • Chester in May
  • Edinburgh in June
  • Leicester in August

We also host our own Mixed festival around the Easter period. This coming festival will be the clubs 6th tournament, and it just gets better with age.

Keep check on the website if you are keen on touring with us, or would like to attend the D.C.H.C. Festival.

Durham City Mixed Festival 2009

Venue: Graham Sports Centre, Durham. (Maiden Castle)
Surface: Water Based pitch and Sand Dressed pitch
Dates: April 18th and 19th 2009
Cost per Team: £400 per Squad of max. 18 (2008 prices)
What you get: 2 days of Mixed Hockey, includes lunch on both days and Saturday night entertainment and food.

Other info: Deposit required on entry acceptance. Tournament rules and entry form available in September.

Chester Festival 2009

Venue: Chester Hockey Club, Cheshire.
Surface: Sand Based
Dates: Wit weekend May 2009
Cost per person: £60 approx depending on team shirt costs
What you get: 2 days of hockey possibly 3 if team reaches finals, Hog Roast Friday night, lunch Saturday entertainment on night, lunch Sunday. Breakfast and evening meals self catered. Camping on site is included in price.
